i found the staff unbelievably helpful and warm. they were really good too welcome guests. gemma, poppy, and paul were amazing and responsive to our needs. laney and shannon in the restaurant were also super helpful.
i noticed the car park was very full. people parked on curbs, grass, and everywhere possible. getting receipts from reception and the bar proved difficult.

the restaurant offered generous portions of meat in the sunday roast. it included pigs in blankets. the atmosphere was lovely and there was a great selection of drinks.

the gym area is very large and appealing. donna at the gym and pool reception provided really good service. jake on reception helped me with coffee before starbucks opened. i really appreciated it!!!

The function room facilities were great.
I found the room a bit cramped. The beds were also not very comfortable. The entire hotel could use a thorough cleaning, especially the carpets.

pleasant and helpful stay
pleasant stay comfortable bedding excellent breakfast superb pool
The food was delivered directly to my room, very helpful after my surgery. i found the bedding comfortable and the room was clean. i really enjoyed the breakfast. It had many options. the pool was also superb and warm.
the only slight issue i had was that the hotel entrance seemed like part of a shopping center. (but i managed!).

The staff delivered food directly to my room, ensuring i didn't have to go downstairs, especially helpful after my surgery. The starbucks on site was also convenient. they were quite accomodating.

The pool area provided a superb, warm swimming experience. There were also gym facilities available, though i did not use them this visit. the availability of starbucks on site was a bonus. (i love their coffee!).

helpful staff lovely rooms difficult entrance shopping center
the staff were helpful, lots of facilities were available, and the rooms looked lovely.
Finding the entrance was difficult. It resembled a shopping center, and the signage mainly advertised places to eat and drink, so i had to ask someone for directions.

The gym access was a great perk. i found the breakfast selection to be varied and fresh. It included pastries and fresh fruit. the staff at the reception were particularly helpful with directions.
